Corona Stephens Harden, age 86, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Wesley Pines Retirement Community in Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County, NC on December 31, 1928 to the late Aldo and Ellen Stephens. She previously worked for more than twenty-five years for Fairmont Knit as an inspector. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Seavy Harden. Mrs. Harden is survived by two sons, Sid Harden and wife, Deborah of Newmarket, NH and Rev. Phil Harden and wife, Robin of Southhampton, NJ; a sister, Francis Richardson of Lumberton; two grandchildren, Whitley Henderson and Keli Harden; and four step-grandchildren, Kelly Miller, Mark Miller, Bryan Miller, and Nicole Miller; two great-grandchildren, Conner and Mason Henderson; and one step-great-grandchild, Giovanni Gonzalez. A time of visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2015 from 1:00-3:00 PM prior to the funeral service at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton. The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 13, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Michael Bowen and Rev. David Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Cemetery in Lumberton.
