Cordelia (Tiny) Adams Lewis age 89 of Fairmont, passed away peacefully at her home on August 7, 2018.

She was born in Robeson County to the late Shockley Samuel and Margaret McLellan Adams. Mrs. Lewis worked the farm, gardening, a homemaker, and worked retail with Jones Stores in Fairmont for twenty-three years before retiring.

A graveside service will be held Thursday August 9, 2018 at 11:00AM at Floyd Memorial Cemetery in Fairmont with Rev. Tim Tyner officiating.

She was preceded in death by her son Sammy Lewis, her husband Harry P. Lewis, and her granddaughter Cherie Lewis McClees of Swansboro, NC.

Mrs. Lewis was eight out of a family of nine brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Karen Lewis Callahan and husband Jerry; a sister Mary Sasser of Whiteville, NC; two great grandchildren; one very special nephew, Herbert Colon Roberts III (Pete) of Lumberton, NC; a nephew William Sasser of Texas; three nieces, Beverley Williams and Glenda Weatherman of Lumberton, NC and Sheila Sasser of Whiteville, NC.
