Mrs. Concetta M. Laterza Munden, age 93, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021, at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Nassau County, NY on July 6, 1927 to the late Giuseppe Laterza and the late Lucille Mele Laterza. She was a florist for many years until retirement.

Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Munden, Sr., and two sons, Richard C. Munden and Bret A. Munden.

She is survived by a son, Robert B. Munden, Jr. of Lumberton, NC; three grandchildren: Brian Munden and wife Heather, Jeff Munden, and Stacy Martorano; and three great-grandchildren: Milana Rose Munden, Ford Munden, and Brooklyn Martorano.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. in Lumberton, NC.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at 12:00 PM at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Lumberton, NC with Father Tati Zachary officiating.
