Colby Reed's Obituary
Colby Albert Reed, age 26, of Lumberton, passed away Friday, April 20, 2018. He was born December 31, 1991 in Frederick, MD. He was formerly employed with Bowman Construction Company.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Linda Lu Reed, and his best friend, Gary Bisbee.
He is survived by his father, James Bowman of Lumberton; his mother, Linda Reed of St. Pauls; his paternal grandparents, Paul & Shirley Bowman of Oak Hall, VA; his maternal grandfather, Albert Reed of Cumberland, MD; two sisters: Samantha Bowman of Lumberton and Mickayla Allen and husband Christian of Fairmont; and three nephews: Braylan Lowery, CJ Allen, and Greyson Allen.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 27, 2018, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. in Lumberton.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Pastor Terry Leigh officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens.
