Mr. Cleatious Hunt, age 88, of Fairmont, NC passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Greenbrier Assisted Living.

Mr. Hunt was born September 22, 1934 in Robeson County to the late Worth Hunt and Rachel Chavis Hunt.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Datris Hunt, Robin Hunt, Lena Locklear, Mary Lois Long, and Esther Hunt, and a son, Gene Odis Hunt.

He leaves to cherish his memories, one son, Guy Hunt and wife Renee of Lumberton, NC; two daughters, Brenda Jacobs of Lumberton, NC and Teresa Mizzell of Shannon, NC; four brothers, William, MH, David, and Wallace Hunt all of Fairmont, NC; one sister, Nancy Deaver of Faison, NC; nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
