Mr. Clarence Luther "Luke" Odum, 75, of Lumberton, NC, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. He was born in Robeson County, NC on November 12, 1946 to the late Beatrice & Wallace Odum.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene and Harold Odum; a sister, Elizabeth Odum; and his daughter, Dawn Odum.

Clarence is survived by his wife, Rose Baxley Odum; a son, Terry Odum (Donna); two sisters, Nancy Smith and Juanita Pait; two grandsons, Jonathan Lashley (Renee),

Terry Odum, Jr.; three granddaughters: Brittany Oliver (Jeremy), Taylor Odum (Nicholas), and Audrey Strickland; two great-grandchildren, Ashton Dowless and Maci Lashley; two great-grandchildren on the way, Easton Hursey and a great-granddaughter; and his beloved pet, Tanner.

Clarence's favorite things to do were talk about his time in the military and spending time with his grandkids and great-grandkids. Clarence will be missed and mourned forever but he will never be forgotten. His impact on family and friends will ensure his name continues to be spoken and his memory kept alive.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Friday, July 22, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5 ^th Street in Lumberton, NC.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at 10:00 AM at Floyd Memory Gardens, 3720 Old Whiteville Road in Lumberton, NC with Rev. Wade Hall officiating.
