Charles Thurman Hunt, age 65, of Fairmont, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018 at his home in Fairmont.

A Memorial services will be held Friday, June 29, 2018 at 2pm at Maranatha Church with Rev. Michael Hunt officiating.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 7-9pm at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont.

Mr. Charles was born July 29, 1952 in Robeson County to the late Thurman (Little Ed) Hunt and Gaynor Hunt Melchert.

He was a graduate of Fairgrove High School and was a Truck Driver.

He is survived by three daughters, Tonya Sue Hunt McCormick and husband Woodrow of the home, Raeanita Hunt of Milwaukie, Wisconsin and Opal Jacobs of Green Bay, Wisconsin; one son, Charles Thurman Deron Hunt of Green Bay, Wisconsin; one sister, Dell Brooks and husband Joe of Lumberton; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a special friend, Peggy Oxendine; his beloved dogs, Zippy, Diva, Hustler and Charlotte; and a great host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
