Mr. Charles Stanley Britt, age 58, of Orrum, NC died on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at his home in Orrum, NC.  He was born in Bladen County, NC on April 6, 1957 to the late Stanley Boyd Britt and to Myrtle Pait Britt.

He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley and sister, Judy Faye Britt-Britt.

Mr. Britt is survived by his mother, Myrtle Pait Britt; a son, Jason Charles Britt of Charlotte, NC; two daughters, Ashlee Britt of Statesville, NC and Kimberly Faulk of Fort Pierce, FL; two brothers, Jerry Wayne Britt of Lumberton, NC and Kenneth Earl Britt of Abbottsburg, NC; a sister, Vicki Britt Jones of Lumberton, NC; three grandchildren; and a host of cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 12:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton, NC with Pastor Boyd Allen Britt officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Elim Baptist Church Cemetery in Orrum.

A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. and at other times at the home of Wil and Vicki Jones.
