Charles Everette Nance's Obituary
Charles Everette Nance, age 75, of Lumberton, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. He was born on February 17, 1943 in Columbus County to the late Dock Nance and Bertie Williamson Nance. He was formerly employed in the Maintenance Department of Smithfield Foods, Inc.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Davis Nance of the home; his children: Dale Everette Nance and wife Jane of Fairmont, Stephanie Gist and husband Michael of Lumberton, and Samantha Kirby and husband Mark of Fayetteville; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday, October 19, 2018, from 1:00-2:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. in Lumberton.
Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM at Meadowbrook Cemetery in Lumberton with Rev. David Anderson officiating.
