Charles Elwood Leggett, age 68 of Fairmont, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at his home. A memorial service will be held Friday September 18, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Bethesda United Methodist Church with Rev. Brian Perry and Amanda Bunce officiating. Visitation will be Friday September 18, 2015 from 1:00-2:30 PM at the church. He was born November 26, 1946 in Mullins, SC to the late Muriel and Alice Leggett. Mr. Leggett was also preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Foster Mayers II; a brother, William Paul Leggett and a brother-in-law, Billy Wilcox. He is survived by his wife, Sherry S. Leggett; his children, Crystal Register and husband, Jeff, Mark Leggett and wife Lori, Ashley Mayers and husband, Michael, Murray "Neil" Todd and Kevin H. Todd and wife, T.J.; his grandchildren, Jared, Cassidy and Jeffery Register, Chase Leggett and Brandon Callahan, Waylon and Madilyn Mayers, Madison Wilcox, Gabrielle and Brittney Todd, and Kaitlyn and Jaxson Todd; a sister, Gale L. Wilcox; a sister-in-law, Jewel B.
