Charles Franklin Baxley, "Frankie", age 40, of Lumberton, NC died on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville.  He was born in Robeson County, January 29, 1976 to the late Charles Fletcher Baxley, and Edith Rowland Baxley.  He was a self-employed construction worker.

Mr. Baxley is survived by his mother, Edith Rowland Baxley of Lumberton; mother of his children, Lisa Sanderson Baxley of Lumberton; daughters, Alana Blair Baxley and Sydni Brooke Baxley both of Lumberton; sisters, Kathy Baxley and Sherry Adams (Mike) both of Lumberton; a nephew, Benji Edwards (Kelsey); and in-laws, Luther and Loyce Sanderson.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Mark Hall and Rev. George Connor officiating.  A time of visitation will follow the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorials are encouraged to be made to Southeastern Hospice House, 1100 Pine Run Drive, Lumberton, NC  28358.
