Charles Elias Andrews, age 85, of Fairmont, NC passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024 at his home. He was born July 3, 1939 in Marion County, SC.

In his spare time, Charles loved to shoot pool and spend time with his family, sharing meals with them, and watching classic westerns on TV.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt Andrews and Ellen Harrington Andrews; his wives, Carol Suzanne Riggs and Rebecca Fisher Andrews; a son, Patrick Edwards Andrews; two brothers, Randall and Tommy Andrews; two sisters, Glenda Simmons and Mary Ferrigno.

He is survived by four daughters, Jill Gardner of Fairmont, NC, Amy Andrews of Hartsville, SC, Christy Hunt of Fairmont, NC, and Jennifer Thornton of Jacobus, PA.; his grandchildren, Tylor, Kara, John, Jason, Jordan, Matthew, Amanda, Shayla, and Zachery; great-grandchildren, Trent, Charley, Joshua, Lily, Payton, Landin, Jayden, Macy, Leo, Corey, and Henry; a special son-in-law, Russell Miller of Hartsville, SC and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, July 22, 2024, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel, 1549 Marion Stage Road, Fairmont, NC.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel, 1549 Marion Stage Road in Fairmont, NC. Burial will follow in Lake View Cemetery, 802 Hilltop Avenue in Lake View, SC.
