Mr. Charles Michael Adams, age 66, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Monday, August 10, 2020.  He was born in Robeson County, NC on April 22, 1954.  He was formerly employed as an Operation Analyst with BB&T Bank until retirement.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Francis Adams, his mother, Jean Bridgman McKellar, his first wife, Donna Inman Adams, and their fur baby, Scarlett Adams.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Edwards Adams of the home; his stepson, Ben Edwards and wife Kelsey of Lumberton; a sister, Carla Huggins and husband Johnny of Mint Hill; two nieces, Leigh Gillis and husband Chase, and Holly Huggins, both of Mint Hill; a nephew Adam Huggins of Mint Hill; great-niece and great-nephew, Raelee Gillis and Grant Gillis both of Mint Hill; a sister-in-law, Kathy Baxley and son Christopher of Lumberton; and his dear friend Pam Hunt of Lumberton.

An informal outdoor Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2020, at 10:00 AM at 235 Clyborn Church Road in Lumberton, for all family and friends.
