Cecil Earl Rice, age 40, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Southeastern Hospice House of Lumberton. He was born in Robeson County on April 28, 1974. He is survived by his wife, Katy Freeman Rice, of the home, his daughter, Tiffany Hayes, of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, his parents, Neil Autry Walters and Mary Ellen Rice Walters, of Lumberton, his brothers, Robert Bass and Richard Rice, both of Lumberton, and three grandchildren.
