Catherine "Cathy" Sullivan Lanier, 76, of Lumberton, NC, went home to our Heavenly Father on Saturday January 14, 2023. She was born in Brunswick County, NC on March 13, 1946 to the late Buck & Myrtle Willets Sullivan.

Along with her parents, Cathy was preceded in death by her siblings: Richard Sullivan, Margie Eveland, Lorraine Robbins, Virginia Sullivan, Frank Sullivan, and David Sullivan; and her great-great-granddaughter, Aria Cottle.

Cathy is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, John Lanier; two daughters, Sharon Bryant and Mona Phillips; three siblings: Virgil Sullivan, Frances Bohicak, and Lloyd Sullivan; four granddaughters: Angela Hinckley, Crystal Ward, Hope McPhatter, and Brandi Phillips; nine great-grandchildren and fifteen great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no services.
