Ann "Carolyn" Caulk Baxley, 80, of Lumberton, NC, passed away on July 29, 2022, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Fairmont, NC on August 12, 1941, to parents Hubert Jennings Caulk and Geneva Flowers.

She spent her days working as a home maker and loving mother. She enjoyed spending time outside, working in her garden and fishing. She also found joy in preparing meals for her family.

She is preceded in death by her father, Hubert Jennings Caulk, her mother, Geneva Flowers, her husband, Cecil Grant Baxley, and her two brothers, Ervin "Buck" Caulk and William "Bill" Jennings Caulk.

She is survived by her son, Keith Baxley and his wife Amanda; her daughter, Renee Prevatte and her husband Mitchell; and her three grandchildren: Adam Keith Baxley, Crystal Prevatte, and Jonathan Prevatte, all of Lumberton, NC.

A graveside service will take place at Meadowbrook Cemetery on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 11:00 AM. Her family will receive friends at her home following the graveside service.
