Henry Allen "Bunker" Oxendine, age 53, of Fairmont, NC went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

He was born June 2, 1971 in Robeson County.

He was preceded in death by his father, Carson Oxendine; a granddaughter, Laila Locklear.

He was a 1989 graduate of South Robeson High School and was a construction worker.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Hilda Potts of the home; his mother, Emma "Mammy" Oxendine of Fairmont, NC; three sons, Josiah, Eli and Blaze Oxendine all of the home; four daughters, Samantha Locklear (Donald) of Pembroke, NC, Shawnisty Hunt (Troy) of Richmond, Va; Makayla Welsh (Richard) of Lumberton, NC and Heaven Oxendine of the home; three brothers, Darnell Oxendine and Ray Carson Oxendine, both of Fairmont, NC and Eugene Oxendine (Maria) of Conway, SC; three sisters, Susan Locklear (Rudolph) of Rowland, NC, Sue Sanderson (Michael) of Fairmont, NC and Betty Locklear (Glenn) of Lumberton, NC; three granddaughters, Jascei, Mary, and Da'nyla; one grandson, Richard Jr.; his best friends, David McNeil and Leon Blue and a great host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Friday, December 6, 2024 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Reedy Branch Baptist Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
