Bryan "Chuck" Mitchell Norris, of Rowland, NC, was born on June 1, 1973, to Leonard and Barbara Hunt. He attended South Robeson High School where he excelled in baseball, basketball, and football and proudly graduated a Mustang as part of the Class of 1992. He departed his earthly life on February 20, 2022 at the age of 48.

In addition to his mother, Barbara, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Florence and Lathurd Walters; his uncles, Larry and Winston Walters; and a special cousin, Beau Keith Walters.

Bryan is survived by his father, Leonard of Rowland, NC; and his three children whom he adored: Ciena Raine Fedor of Pembroke, NC, Tedrick McNeill of Shannon, NC, and Connor Lee Bullock of Lumberton, NC. He also leaves behind five sisters: Sand Hunt of Lumberton, NC, Christie Thompson of Fairmont, NC, Patsy Freeman and Debbie Hunt, both of Texas; three brothers: Billy Mitchell Norris of Ohio, Joseph Hunt of Holly Springs, NC, and Jonathan Hunt of McDonald, NC; two aunts, Doris Hunt of Pembroke, NC and Grace Walters of Rowland, NC; and one uncle, Raymond Walters of Fairmont, NC.

In addition to his family members, he leaves behind a brotherhood of team members and friends that span a lifetime. Throughout his years, he was known as "Ice Man", "Slo Mo", or "Smooth" and was a giant on the softball field. His memory will be cherished by all who were blessed to have known him on or off the field. Bryan was truly a legend who is gone too soon, but will not soon be forgotten.

A visitation will be held prior to the service on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 12:00-2:00PM at at Riverside Independent Church, off Hwy 74 in Lumberton, NC. Following the visitation, a f uneral service will be held at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow in the Hunt Family Cemetery, 1020 West Dew Road in Rowland, NC.
