Brian Richard Kelly, age 56, of Lumberton, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at UNC Southeastern Regional Medical Center. Brian was born in Vancouver, WA on December 14, 1968 to William Kelly and Barbara Louise Richardson McGill.

Brian was extremely proud of his 8 years of service in the US Army. He loved cats, especially a stray cat that he named, Tabby. Brian will be remembered as a simple man who made the best of everything. He spent many hours admiring his Superman collection.

In addition to his parents, Brian is survived by his wife of 26 years, Cherylann Crouch-Mendez Kelly, daughters; Mary Elizabeth Kelly and Anna Maria Kelly, brother; Scott Kelly and wife, Kimberly.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Sandhills Veterans Cemetery, 8220 Bragg Blvd, Spring Lake, NC 28390.
