Brenda Faye Guill, 64, passed away Monday, August 11, 2014, of natural causes. She was born in Lumberton on April 15, 1950 to the late John and Hazel Hardin. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and Tar Heel fan. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Tabitha Page, and her brother, Elmer Hardin. She is survived by her husband, W.G. Pete Guill, of Lake Waccamaw, NC, her daughters, Melissa Shumake and husband, Jack, of Marietta, NC, and Pascha Lee and husband, John, of Nakina, NC, six grandchildren, Boston Page IV, Ashley Rogers and husband, Tim, Jessica Page, Jonathan Guill, Telsey Lee, and Brittany Shumake, one great-grandchild, Anna Rogers, her siblings, Charles Hardin and wife, Trudy, Betty Jo Vanscyoc, Judy Valencia, Lola Bullard, Shelby Cummings and husband, Rodney, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
