Bobby Joe Speight, Sr., age 72, passed away Friday, November 27, 2015, at Southeastern Health in Lumberton. He was born in Robeson County on December 09, 1942. He was the son of the late Viola Bullard and Paul Speight.   He was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.   He is survived by his wife, Faye Speight of the home; one son, Bobby Speight Jr. of Lumberton; two daughters, Paulette Lovett and Shannon Haywood and husband Lee, all of Lumberton; one sister, Judy Rogers and husband Anthony of Fayetteville; a special brother-in-law Monroe Williams and wife Donna of Lumberton; a special sister in law Lanie Speight of Lumberton; seven grandchildren, Erin Johnson and husband Haynes, Austin Speights, Paula Lovett, Allison Lovett, Amy Lovett and Timmie Lovett, and Brittany Haywood and five great-grandchildren Martin Odum, Haley Odum, Dylan Hardin, Kyleigh Hardin and Ahmaya Lovett.   A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2015, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.   A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2015, at 2:00 PM at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
