Mr. Billy Smith Horne, 78, of Lumberton, husband of Mrs. Patsy Nance Horne, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019, at Regency Hospital in Florence, SC. He was born in Robeson County on October 10, 1940, to the late Roy Ashley Horne and the late Olyer Herring Horne.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 2:00 PM at Singletary Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Mitchell Nance officiating.
