Billy Wayne Hedgpeth Sr., age 62, of McDonald passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at his home.

Visitation will be held Friday January 11,2019 from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 2:00PM at Long Branch Baptist Church in Lumberton.

Mr. Hedgpeth was born October 21, 1956 in Robeson County.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Hedgpeth and Shelby Hedgpeth; his father-in-law Bobby Britt Sr.; three brothers, Neil Hedgpeth, Randy Hedgpeth, and Gregory Hedgpeth; and brother-in-law Danny Collins.

He is survived by his wife Deborah Britt Hedgpeth of the home; one son, Billy Wayne Hedgpeth Jr. and Maggie of Fairmont; one daughter, Amanda Williamson and Chris of Orrum; four brothers, Rock Hedgpeth and Heather, Mark Hedgpeth and Marie, Jimmy Hedgpeth and Tammy, and Joey Hedgpeth, all of Orrum; his mother-in-law Irene Britt of McDonald; Uncle Russell "Bossy" Turbeville and Minnie Lou of Boardman; Uncle Jonnie Hedgpeth and Pat of Orrum; Aunt Sarah Ruth Turberville of Boardman; three sisters-in-law, Patricia Collins of Lumberton, June Lawson and Tony of McDonald, and Gina Almond and Al of Cerro Gordo; two brothers-in-law, Bobby Britt Jr. and Natalie of Burlington, and John Britt of Ocean Isle; and four grandchildren, Hope Williamson, Jaxon Williamson, Jacob Hedgpeth, and Luke Hedgpeth and a host of nieces and nephews he loved dearly.
