Ms. Betty Lou Maynor-Clark, 81, of Rowland passed away on Friday, July 22, 2011 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. Ms. Clark was the daughter of the late Buddy and Pencie Maynor.

She is survived by her daughters, Deloris Bell of the home, Fadelia Clark of Lumberton, Kathy Hunt of Fairmont and Veronica Bullock of Pembroke; sisters, Nellie Ransom and Unice Chavis both of Lumberton; five grandchildren she raised as her own, Billy, Hunt, Bobby Hunt, Betty Hunt-Chavis, Marie Hunt and Pat Locklear; thirteen other grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Harvest Assembly of God Church with Rev. Terry K. Oxendine and Rev. James Hammonds officiating. Burial will be in Burnt Swamp Baptist Chruch Cemetery in Lumberton.

Visitation will be on Monday, July 25, 2011 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.
