Betty Lou Floyd of Charlotte, NC and formerly of Fairmont, NC died February 18, 2015 at Carrington Place - Matthews. She was born in Robeson County on March 9, 1930 to the late David and Alma Lewis Floyd. She graduated from Queens College and Charlotte Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and had been a member of Myers Park United Methodist Church. She is survived by her sister, Ruby Inman of Rock Hill, SC; and several nieces, nephews, and grand nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2015 in the Fairmont City Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Rev. John Mauldin officiating. A time of visitation will follow the service at the cemetery
