Betty Ruth Ivey Bullard, age 85, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020. She was born on November 2, 1935 in Robeson County, NC to the late Lacy Ivey and the late Ludie Wilkens. She retired from Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC after many years as a CNA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her late husband, John H. Bullard Jr., and her brother, Lacy Charles Ivey.

She is survived by her son, John H. Bullard III and wife Claudia of Ebersberg, Germany; three daughters: Alicia Bullard Kornegay and husband Dale and DeeDee Bullard Foster and husband Pat, all of Fayetteville, NC, and Sandra Bullard Skinner and husband Rick of Hampstead, NC; nine grandchildren: Christopher Dinsmore, Lacy Kornegay, Michael Bullard, Jessica Bullard, Tim Bullard, Mark Amlotte, Stephanie Green, Michael Murphy, and Scott Murphy; and nine great-grandchildren.

The family will hold a graveside service for her on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
