Mrs. Betty Sue Baysdon Britt, age 76, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014, at Golden Living Center of Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County on December 16, 1938, to the late Weldon and Annie Baysdon. Along with her parent, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Britt. She is survived by three sons: Ronald Britt of Lumberton, Alan Britt and wife, Robbie, of McDonald, NC, and Timothy Britt of Lumberton; two brothers: Bobby Baysdon and Jerry Walters, both of Lumberton; three sisters: Wanda Ive, Libby Deal, and Paula Britt, all of Lumberton; and four grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 1, 2015, at 11:00 AM at Gardens of Faith with Pastor Steve Johnson officiating. A time of visitation will follow the service at the graveside briefly.
