Bernice Arthur Bullard, 54, of Fairmont, NC died on June 14, 2009 at the Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton, NC. He was born on July 24, 1954 to John Owens Bullard and Jennie Mae Studivant Bullard in Hoke County, NC. Mr. Bullard worked in construction as a pipe fitter.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Eugene Bullard, Billy Bullard and Ralph Bullard; and two sisters, Geraldine Walker and Barbara Bullard.

Mr. Bullard is survived by four brothers, Ervin Bullard, Johnny Bullard, Walter Bullard and Rickey Bullard all of Greensboro; and five sisters, Betty Lou Barnette of Greensboro, NC, Betty Jean Hunt, Pauline Chavis, Vera Jones and Debra Mayes all of Fairmont, NC.

Services will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Chapel in Fairmont, NC. Burial will follow in Floyd Memorial Cemetery in Fairmont.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont, NC.
