Mrs. Bernice Pandore Oxendine Bell, age 86, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at Woodhaven Nursing Home. She was born in Robeson County, NC on June 21, 1934 to the late James Oxendine and the late Iula Hunt.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Rufus Bell; a son, Willie Rufus Bell, Jr.; two daughters, Gladys Fields and Marlene Locklear; three brothers, Edward Hunt, Clinton Oxendine and Jerry Oxendine; two sisters, Grace Oxendine and Alphosene Lester; and a grandson, Kent Hunt.

She is survived by two sons, Willie Ray Bell (Teresa) and Orlando Bell (Wanda), both of Lumberton, NC; a daughter, Darlene Bell Hunt (Roger) of Lumberton, NC; three brothers: Grady Oxendine and Bobby Oxendine, both of Lumberton, NC, and Willie "Buddy" Oxendine of Virginia; four sisters: Sheila Frederick of Lumberton, NC, Helen Locklear of Florence, SC, Josephine Todd of Maryland, and Carol Jean Green of Virginia; 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020, at 1:00 PM at New Point Baptist Church Cemetery in Lumberton, NC with Rev. Jonathan Bell officiating.
