Bentley Lennon Rigsbee was born August 29, 2021 in Lumberton, NC and passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Novant Health Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC.

He was born so strong and fought so hard throughout his earthly life. Bentley's eyes were so blue that they matched the sky! Seeing him was love at first sight for anyone and rocking him or snuggling him was so peaceful. He touched so many lives during his short time here with us and we will miss him greatly!

Bentley is survived by his parents, Kale Rigsbee and Amy Evans, his big sister, Riley; his paternal grandparents, Danny and Julie Rigsbee; his maternal grandparents, Graham and Caren Evans; his maternal uncle, Joel; his uncle, Todd Rigsbee; his aunt, Sara Rigsbee; his cousins: Dallin, Grace, Evan and Caroline; as well as a host of extended family and special friends who loved him so much!

We, Bentley's family, would like to say a special thank you to Ms. Estella Grey for loving Bentley and for taking such good care of him. We would also like to thank the nurses who cared for him.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, April 23, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Meadowbrook Cemetery in Lumberton, NC with Rev. Joe Bounds officiating.
