Mr. Benjamin Lewis Jones, age 63, of Lumberton, NC, passed away from this life on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. He was born and raised in Baltimore, MD in 1960 to the late Suphronia Jones. He was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, and Pop-Pop.

Along with his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lillie.

He is survived by his children: Amy Jones of the home and Mary Bynaker (Larry) of Florida; his lifelong partner, Margaret, of the home; his sisters: Betty Smith (Will, Jr.) of Lumberton, NC and Victoria Stinnett (Thomas) of Westminster, MD; his brothers: William Jones (Susanne) of Forest Hill, MD, and Kinlaw "Craig" Jones and Heze "Petey" Jones, both of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren who he adored: Evan, Lillia, Arian, Makayla, Shania, Layla, and L.J.; his stepdaughter, Cheryl Barnwell of Lumberton, NC; his stepsons, Donald Kerner of VA and Noah Stratton of MD; and many nieces and nephews.

He was loved by so many and he will truly be missed.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday, July 6, 2024, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.
