Mrs. Barbara "Tuggie" Mincey, age 72, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at Southeastern Health in Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County on January 21, 1943 to the late Dewey and Carlatha Harden.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Ivey Rose Ellis, and a brother, Earl Harden.

She is survived by two sons: Neal Fipps and wife Belva of Clanton, AL and Fanoy Carl Ellis of Pembroke; three brothers: J.D. Harden and wife Fran of Charlotte, James Billy Harden and wife Mable of Fayetteville, and William Harden and wife Pat of Lumberton; three sisters: Bonnie Tratham and husband Rick of Fayetteville, Kathleen Madden and husband Buddy Edwards of Lumberton, and Shirley Marie Elkins and husband James of Lumberton; 6 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

A time of visitation will take place on Saturday, January 2, 2016, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2016, at 3:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Carl Pevia officiating. Burial will follow at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton.
