Baby Girl AveryLynn Ann Jacobs, went to be with Jesus on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Cape Fear Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Nancy Jacobs.

Surviving are her parents, Stephen Jacobs and Tatyana Harrell, of Lumberton; a sister, Gabriella Jacobs, of the home; her paternal grandfather, Clyde Jacobs of Lumberton and her maternal grandparents, Christy and Jason Sanchez of Lumberton.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 2:30PM at Lumbee Memorial Gardens in Lumberton with Pastor Kenneth Locklear officiating.  The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service.
