Avander Earl Bullard "Jim", 84, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Lilar Bullard; a grandson, JoJo Lewis II; a niece, Lorrie Mizzell; and three sisters, Elizabeth Warwick, Edna Cox, and Eva Mizzell.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Bullard of the home; two sons, Avander Jimmy Bullard (Patricia) of Lumberton and Earl Bullard (Gina) of Shannon; two daughters, Robbie Ann Barbour (Robby Lee) of Lumberton and Pollyanna McMillan (Christopher) of Kannapolis, NC; and 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Riverside Independent Baptist Church in Lumberton, with the funeral following at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Jerry McNeil officiating. Burial will follow in New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton.
