Ashvin Desai, 73, of Lumberton, passed away on Monday, November, 7, 2016 while playing tennis at the tennis court. A loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, and a mentor to many of us, Ashvin Desai lived a profoundly impactful life. His legacy will be felt by others who live for generations to come.

He was a kind, and gentle loving soul who you could always count on to be there for you in your time of need. As we grieve his immense loss, we celebrate the life, and legacy of Ashvin Desai as an impactful citizen and leader of the community.

He is survived by his wife, Kalpana Desai; daughter, Ami Seier, and her husband Jon Seier, and his two grandchildren, Vijay and Kyra, and his Son Amit (Babu).

The funeral will be held at Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory Inc., 809 East 5 ^th Street, Lumberton, NC.
