Arthur William ??Bill? Lundy, 64, of 1851 Kittrell Drive, Ocean Isle Beach, died
Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at his residence. He was born to the late Oscar Lundy and
Mildred Herring Lundy on April 24, 1943.
He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew and Misher Herring; and
his brother, James Elbert Lundy.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Lovette Lundy of the home; his son, William Andrew
??Andy? Lundy and his wife, Kenan of Lumberton; his daughter, Michelle Lundy Miller
and husband, Michael of Lumberton; 3 brothers, Bobby Lundy of Fayetteville, J.W.
Lundy of Salisbury and Donald Thomas of Stewart, VA; 2 sisters, Novella Saunders of
Lexington, NC and Ann Swann of Lawsonville, NC; 2 grandchildren, Candace Paige
Miller and Cassidy Noel Lundy.
The funeral service will be Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Long Branch
Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeff Broadwell officiating.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 28, 2008 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Floyd
Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.
