Mr. Arristia Junior "Ox" Oxendine age 54, of Rowland passed away Friday November 30, 2018 at his home.

A visitation will be held Monday December 3, 2018 from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday December 4, 2018 at 2:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont with Rev. Ricky Burnette officiating.

Burial will follow in the Benson Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Oxendine was born on October 24, 1964 in Robeson County.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arrister Oxendine and Arminda Bartley Oxendine; one sister, Lena Bell Oxendine; and one nephew, D.L. Mcgirt.

He is survived by his wife, Eleisa Locklear Oxendine of the home; one son, Arristia Oxendine II and wife Amelia of Fairmont; three daughters, Vallane Dianne Oxendine of Rowland, Ericka Locklear of Pembroke, and Arlena Victoria Oxendine of Fairmont; one brother, Gary Hunt of Fayetteville; three sisters, Mary Helen Hunt of Rowland, and Arlinda Jones and Teresa Strickland, both of Pembroke; five grandchildren, Mahaley Turner, Makenley Oxendine, Landon Oxendine, Davidson Locklear, and Enicia Aguliar; and a host of other relatives and friends.
