Mrs. Armindia "Tobabie" Bartley Oxendine, age 76, of Rowland, NC passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016 at her home surrounded by her beloved family.

She was born September 30, 1939 in Robeson County to the late Frank and Alema Oxendine Bartley.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Arister Oxendine; a daughter, Lena Bell Oxendine; a grandson, Master D.L. McGirt; four brothers, IV Freeman, James Delton, Willie Edward, and Charles E. Bartley; two sisters, Lucy Hunt and Linda Branch.

She leaves to cherish her memories two daughters, Mary Hunt and husband Willie of Fairmont and Arlinda "Belle" Jones and husband Taylor of Pembroke; one son, Arister "Ox" Oxendine, Jr. and his wife Lisa of Rowland; five sisters, Brenda Ratlill of Jonesville, VA., Louise Jacobs of Charlotte, Carolyn White of Eastover, Ruthie Lowery of Fairmont, and Arnetha Lacy of Lumberton; three brothers, Samuel D. Bartley of Lumberton, Kenneth Bartley of Moyock, and Glen Ray Bartley of Pensacola, Fla., five grandchildren, Erica, Vallane, Willie and wife Porsha, Arister, III, and wife Amelia, and Arlena; five great-grandchildren, Mahaley, Makinley, Landon, David and Eueisha; a special friend and caregiver, Lauren Cross; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 3:00PM at Pleasant View Baptist Church with Revs. Ricky Burnett and Ronald N. Locklear officiating.

Burial will follow in Pleasant View Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday, evening from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services.
