Annie Ruth Oxendine Locklear, age 71, of Fairmont, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Southeastern Regional Medical in Lumberton, NC. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 23,2015 at 11:00AM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel with Revs. Robert Oxendine, Howard Jacobs, and Crafton Chavis Officiating. Burial will follow in Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 6:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont. She was born May 15, 1944 in Robeson County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henyard and Lucinda Oxendine ;her husband, Foster June Bug" Locklear. She is survived by six children, Kathy D. Jacobs (Pete), Lucy E. Jacobs (Gary) Terry Locklear, Dr. Robert D. Locklear, Willie F. Locklear (special friend, Lisa), and Haley Locklear; six grandchildren, Johnathon B. Locklear, Foster Allen Oxendine, Terry Logan Oxendine, Justin and Jordan Jacobs, and Serenity Paige Pipkin; one great grandson, Jackson Reed Locklear; one brother, Wesley Oxendine and two sisters, Jean O. Campbell, and Gertrude Baxte
