Annie Ellerby McKellar Oliver, 95, died March 27, 2012 at Wesley Pines Retirement Center. She was born November 1, 1916 to the late Daniel Peter McKellar and Annie Elizabeth Quick McKellar.

She was preceded in death by her husband Mars Lovill Oliver, her daughter Sandra Oliver Kelly, sisters Hannah McKellar, Catherine Berry, Janice Taylor, brothers James McKellar, and Evans McKellar.

She is survived by her children, Linda Oliver Huggins and husband Johnnie of Lumberton, Sara Oliver Brown and husband Kirby of Dortches, Rachel Oliver Frick and husband Joe of Greensboro, and Tom Kelly of Fuquay-Varina, her sisters Grace Davis Parker and Mary Hardin. Additional survivors include her grandchildren: Johnnie Huggins Jr. and wife Cheryl, Harriet Wilson and husband David, Bryan Huggins and wife Jennifer, Kim Knapp and husband Geremy, Chad Kelly and wife Summer, Alan Brown, Andrew Brown and wife Melanie, Brandon Frick and wife Heather, Anna Harper and husband Rob. Greatgrandchildren: Hannah and Claire Wilson, Matthew Huggins, Grace, Garrett, and MacKenzie Knapp, Kaylin and Cade Kelly, Connor and Stella Frick, and Liz and Cate Harper.

A memorial will be held Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Trinity United Methodist Church in Fairmont with Rev. Rich Denning officiating. The family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the service at the church.Burial will follow in the Fairmont Cemetery.
