Mrs. Annie Ruth Jacobs, age 83, of Fairmont, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015 at First Health Hospice House in Pinehurst. She was born in Robeson County on July 24, 1932. She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Jacobs Hardin. She leaves to cherish her memories with three sons, Jessie Lee Jacobs and wife, Vivian of Fairmont, Will Justin Jacobs of Fairmont, and James Stull of Lumberton; one daughter, Rose Hammonds of Lumberton; a sister, Joan Bell of Lumberton; a special sister, Audrey Jacobs of Fairmont and a host of relatives and friends. A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, October6, 2015 from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services, Inc., 1549 Marion Stage Road, Fairmont. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 2:00PM at Reedy Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Hilton Woodell officiating. Burial will follow at Reedy Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
