Annie Beal, age 80, passed peacefully, surrounded by five of her grandchildren and son, Curtis, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at her home in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Little River, SC on November 29, 1945. Following high school, she happily married her husband, Larry Beal in 1968. Their marriage lasted 51 years until his passing in 2019. During her early years of motherhood, she worked several positions in management.

Annie is survived by her three children: Larry Allen Beal, Jr. (Tia) of Whiteville, NC, Troy Wayne Beal (Lisa) of Dwight, IL, and Curtis Chandler Beal (Missy) of Lumberton, NC; seven grandchildren: Brittany Beal Kinlaw (Craig), Megan Michelle Freeman, Tori Asye Bruton, Tyler Wayne Beal (Kal), Curtis Chandler Beal, Jr., Carrington Jeané Beal, and Chasity Beal Reaves (Noah); five great-grandchildren: Tanner Nolan Kinlaw, Tenley Mae Kinlaw, Scarlet O'Hara Bruton, Sawyer Knox Reaves, and Scarlett Grey Reaves; and two sisters, Linda and Alice.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.
