Annease Hunt age 74, of Fairmont passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 3:00PM at Piney Grove Baptist Church with Revs. Howard Jacobs, Ricky Burnett and Bishop Kenny Mitchell officiating.

Burial will follow in Reedy Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

She was born November 3, 1941 in Robeson County.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Neal Archie Hunt and Bessie Spaulding Hunt; her husband, Margolus "Shorty" Hunt; two sisters, Roberta Hunt and Alberta Hut; eight brothers, Allen, Delton, Varsie, Leroy, Archie Dale, Gerald Neal. James Vernice and Roy Lee Hunt; three grandchildren, Allen Ray Smith, Dudley Hunt, Jr and Jeremiah Malachi Oxendine.

She is survived by her companion R.D. Hunt of the home; a son, Patrick Hunt of the home; four daughters, Kathy Torre of Lumberton, Shelia Hunt of Fairmont, Celia Smith of Rowland and Wanda Kay Hunt of the home; one sister, Barbara Ann Hunt of Rowland; eleven grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
