Mrs. Anne Wade Lytton, age 97, passed away Saturday, September 27, 2014, at Woodhaven Nursing Center. She was born in Robeson County on February 8, 1917 to the late Clyde and Ester Wade. She worked as a school teacher for Bladenboro City Schools and was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Lytton, and her sisters, Maxine W. Carr and Isadore W. Teague. She is survived by a son, John Lytton, of Lumberton, a daughter, Clyde L. McKee and husband, John, of Lumberton, five grandchildren, Kent, Anne, Melanie, John, and Shannon, and six great grandchildren.
