Mrs. Anita Holmes Pait, age 59, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Robeson County, NC, on August 2, 1960. She was a preschool teacher for many years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Holmes; and two infant sons, Cameron Pait and Corey Pait.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Elizabeth Holmes of Lumberton, NC; her husband and daughter, Jeff Pait and Alyssa Pait, both of the home; and a sister, Regina Tyner of Lumberton, NC.

A private graveside service will be held at Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton, NC.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to East Lumberton Baptist Church Children's Dept., 201 Old Whiteville Road, Lumberton, NC  28358.
