Andrew "Bo" Willis' Obituary
Andrew "Bo" Willis, age 88, of Lumberton, passed away Monday, October 1, 2018, at his home. He was born on August 16, 1930 in Robeson County to the late Charlie Willis and the late Ada Jones Willis. He was formerly employed as a mechanic with Burlington Industries.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Britt Willis, three brothers, and four sisters.
He is survived by two sons: H.T. Britt and wife Carolyn of Lumberton and Bobby Britt of Florence, SC; two daughters: Patsy Britt Floyd and husband M.G. of Lumberton and Reba Britt of the home; and seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at Meadowbrook Cemetery on Friday, October 5, 2018, at 3:00 PM. Following the service, the family will receive friends at the graveside.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Southeastern Hospice House, 1100 Pine Run Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358.
