Alvin Ray Evers' Obituary
Alvin Ray Evers, \\"Bobo\\", 67, of Lumberton, NC died on Thursday, October 20, 2011. He was born in Bladen County, NC on October 5, 1944. He was self-employed.
Mr. Evers is survived by two sons, David M. Phllips of Conyers, GA and Rodney Evers of Lumberton; two sisters, Barbara Jean McLean and Geralda Faye Howell both of Lumberton; and four (4) grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton with Rev. Johnny Walters officiating. Burial will follow in New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton.
Visitation will be on Sunday, October 23, 2011 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.
