Alton Kennith Caulk's Obituary
Mr. Alton Caulk, age 84, of Fairmont, died Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at
Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 10, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Charles Kempf officiating. Burial will be in Floyd Memorial Cemetery.
He was born August 23, 1927 in Hoke County.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilton and Evelyn Caulk; his wife, Ila Mae Baxley; daughter, Jennie Lou Atkinson; and grandson, Will Leggett.
He is survived by one son, Kenneth Caulk and wife, Carolyn, of Franklinton, NC; four daughters, Ruby Kempf and husband, Dr. Charles, of Michigan, Libby Branch and husband, Cary, of Lumberton, Marilyn Hughes and husband, Ronald, and Nell Leggett and husband, Jerry, all of Fairmont; one sister, Louise Burns of Rennert; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday evening from 7-9pm at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont, and other times at the home of Mrs. Mairlyn Hughes, 10442 NC Hwy. 130 East Fairmont.
