Alpana Clark Oxendine, age 58, of Marshville, NC and formerly of Fairmont, NC, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022, at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton, NC. She was born November 19, 1963 in Robeson County, NC to the late Sam Junior Clark and the late Sallie Mae Hunt Clark.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jeannie Bell Oxendine, and a brother, Junior Dale Clark.

Alpana is survived by two daughters, Pam Oxendine of Fairmont, NC and Amy Higgins of Spring Hope, NC; one brother, Billy Eugene Clark of Fairmont, NC; two sisters, Lurinda Sanderson and Ann Carol Hunt, both of Fairmont, NC; four grandchildren, Mia and Tralyn Porter, Antoino McMillian, and Nevaeh Oxendine, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A time of visitation will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022, from 1:00-2:30PM at Floyd Funeral Services, 1549 Marion Stage Road in Fairmont, NC. A graveside will immediately follow at 3:00 PM in New Point Baptist Church Cemetery, 3410 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Lumberton, NC.
