Mrs. Ada Beatrice Burchett Wilkins Tyner, 83, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024, at her home. She was born in Robeson County, NC on July 20, 1940 to the late William D. & Ada W. Burchett.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James "Jimmy" Allen Wilkins; her late husband, Gerald "Jerry" Tyner; and her brothers, J.D. Burchett and Michael Ray McMillan.

She is survived by her son, James "Peanut" Thomas Wilkins (Theresa); her granddaughter, Miranda Stevens (Harry); and her great-grandsons, Dr. Michael Bullock and Thomas Romine.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday, January 20, 2024, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel, 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC, with Rev. Tim Tyner and Rev. Chuck Williams officiating. Burial will follow at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
